I have been a loyal Novita customer for 10+ years. I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone but Susan. She does color like no one else. Susan approaches her hair cuts with a scientist's mind, studying the shape of your head and type of facial features to figure out the best cut for you. I am a guy and recently decided that I wanted to grow my hair out a little bit. After searching around online for good unisex hair places, I stumbled across this place and the reviews got me to drive over and check it out. When I got there, the staff was polite and quite friendly. The woman who cut my hair was very engaging and made me feel very comfortable especially since I never go to places like this. I went in with a picture of the hair style I wanted and it came out perfectly. If you're looking for a place that really cares about you and gives you a great cut, I would highly recommend at least checking it out

Loved it.  Owner Susan listened really well, and she has the skills to create the style that you want.  The style is easy to take care of, and even if you don't blow dry, it still looks awesome.  I told Susan my lifestyle, out early, swim a lot, so no time to blowdry.  She cut it so that the hair falls naturally into a defined shape after shampoo.  There is no need to add products or use a brush to shape it.  Definitely recommended.

Tried cutting my own layers... mistake. Called Susan in a panic and she came in to fix what I did- on her DAY OFF. I think she must be a beauty saint! She is both smart and kind. Hair cut is now on-point. Will be coming here from now on  ^_^
